Soulo AI gives developers and businesses one API for leading third-party AI models and our own vertical video model. This page explains which models power the platform, how we handle your data, and how we keep the service reliable and secure.

Soulo's in-house model. A high-flexibility vertical model built for professional short-drama production: consistent characters across shots, built-in dialogue, multi-image references, multilingual voice reference, and conversational AI-agent workflows. Designed for creators and studios that need easy generation, high quality and stable output.
Model availability may change as providers release or retire versions.
Pricing. Third-party models are offered at a discount off the provider's official list price; volume pricing is available. Details on request.
2. Data handling
- Purpose limitation. Prompts, files and outputs are processed only to deliver the service you request.
- No storage for training. Neither Soulo AI nor our upstream providers store customer prompts or outputs for model training, and we do not use customer data to train models.
- Upstream providers. Seedance is accessed through official ByteDance channels with official API keys. Other third-party models are accessed through their official provider channels.
- Ownership. Customers own their inputs and outputs, as set out in our Terms of Service.
- Billing metadata. We retain the usage metadata needed to operate and bill the service (for example request counts, token or second counts, timestamps and account identifiers).
3. Reliability and uptime
- Multi-route delivery. Where available, requests can be served through more than one upstream route to reduce the impact of a single provider's outage.
- Uptime target. We commit to 99.5% monthly uptime for the Soulo AI API.
- Capacity. High-volume and enterprise capacity is available on request.
4. Security
- Encryption in transit. All API traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS.
- Acceptable use. Usage is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Vulnerability reporting. Report security concerns to support@aecoreai.com.
5. Compliance
- EU entity. Aether Core Intelligence Ltd. is incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE 496647, with its registered office at Kosti Palama 34, Aspelia Court, 1st Floor, Office A05, 1096 Nicosia, Cyprus.
- GDPR. We handle personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request.
